Obverse description Entire field occupied by a multi-line Persian inscription in a bold, cursive Nasta'liq script, struck in relief on an irregular flan typical of hammered copper coinage. The legend, rendered in a somewhat crude provincial style, fills the field without a formal border, with individual letterforms merging into one another due to the rudimentary die-cutting technique. The flan exhibits characteristic irregular edges and an uneven surface consistent with hand-hammered production in a remote regional mint.
Obverse script Arabic

Reverse description Entire field occupied by a multi-line Persian inscription in cursive Nasta'liq script, struck in bold relief on an irregularly shaped copper flan. The legends, typical of provincial Afghan coinage of the period, are executed in a rough, utilitarian style characteristic of the Badakhshan local mint. The flan shows the uneven surfaces, slight flan cracks, and irregular planchet edges consistent with primitive hammered production, and the overall impression reflects the limited technical resources of a remote regional issuing authority.
