Obverse description Central field features a multi-line Arabic legend enclosed within a raised inner circle, presenting the name and titles of the issuing authority in bold Kufic script. A circular marginal legend in Arabic Kufic script runs along the periphery within the outer border, partially visible due to the irregular flan. The surfaces display characteristic features of hammered copper coinage, with slight die misalignment and uneven relief typical of Qarakhanid provincial issues. The flat field between the inner circle and the marginal legend is largely plain, with the bold angular Kufic letterforms dominating the design.

Reverse description The reverse presents a multi-line Arabic Kufic legend arranged horizontally across the central field, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. A marginal legend in Kufic script encircles the outer zone, consistent with standard Islamic epigraphic fals coinage of the period. The inscription likely references the Abbasid caliph, the mint name Isbijab, and the date of issue in accordance with Qarakhanid monetary conventions. The hammered flan is irregular at the edges, with some weakness in strike and patination consistent with a copper coin of over a millennium in age.
