Reverse description Crowned royal arms of Castile and León displayed on a central shield, encircled by the collar and badge of the Order of the Golden Fleece. The crowned shield is flanked by the Pillars of Hercules with scrolling banners, and the mint mark and assayer's initials appear in the field. The outer legend runs around the full circumference within a beaded border.
