| Obverse description | Detailed frontal view of the façade of the Église Saint-Joseph in Bastia, rendered in fine relief against a plain field. The Baroque-style church is depicted with its ornate columned portal, arched entrance, stepped forecourt, and sculptural group surmounting the pediment. A circular legend curves along the upper periphery reading 'TRICENTENAIRE DE L'ÉGLISE' and continues along the lower periphery with 'SAINT-JOSEPH'.
