| Obverse description | Imitative rendering of the Venetian ducat obverse, depicting Saint Mark standing at left presenting the banner of Venice to the kneeling Doge Andrea Dandolo at right, who receives it with both hands. The Doge wears the characteristic corno ducale and robes of office. The execution is cruder than the Venetian prototype, with coarser die-engraving typical of Levantine imitative coinage. A Latin legend in two lines is distributed around the field, partially imitating the original Venetian inscription. |

| Reverse description | Imitative depiction of Christ in Majesty (Christus Pantokrator) standing facing within an oval mandorla formed by a beaded border, raising his right hand in benediction and holding the Gospels in his left hand. Six stars are distributed symmetrically in the field to either side of the figure. The surrounding Latin legend closely imitates the reverse inscription of the Venetian ducat of Andrea Dandolo, though rendered with the imprecision characteristic of Levantine workshop production. The overall design faithfully copies the iconographic programme of the original but betrays provincial craftsmanship in the modelling of the drapery and facial features. |
