Obverse description Centrally positioned Czechoslovak state coat of arms, featuring a quartered shield with the Bohemian lion rampant in the first and fourth quarters and the Slovak double cross on a triple-peaked mount in the second and third quarters. The shield is rendered in fine heraldic detail and enclosed within a beaded border. The circular legend reading REPUBLIKA ČESKOSLOVENSKÁ arcs around the upper periphery, with the date 1935 positioned in the lower exergual area.

Reverse description Enthroned figure of Saint Wenceslas, Duke of Bohemia, depicted in full medieval regalia including armour and a ducal crown, seated facing forward with a long banner staff held upright in his right hand and a shield resting at his left side. The figure is rendered in bold relief with strong sculptural detail typical of the interwar Czechoslovak medallic tradition. The circular legend NEDEJ·ZAHYNOUTI·NÁM·I·BUDOUCÍM runs around the full periphery within a beaded border.
