| Obverse description | Draped bust of Philipp Ludwig von Sinzendorf facing right, wearing a clerical collar and mantle, with curled wig. The portrait is rendered in a refined Baroque style with fine detail to the drapery folds. The encircling legend reads PHIL D G S R E P CARD DE SINZENDORF, interrupted by the bust. The mintmaster's initials DG appear in the lower field beneath the truncation. A beaded border frames the design. |

| Reverse description | Central ornate baroque shield bearing a quartered coat of arms with a two-fold inescutcheon at center, surrounded by ecclesiastical and princely regalia including a crozier, mitre, cross, crown, and sword arranged above the shield. The entire composition is surmounted by a Cardinal's galero with pendant tassels. The encircling legend, commencing at approximately two o'clock, reads EPISC WRATISL & PRINCEPS with the date 1738. A beaded border frames the reverse. |
