The eagle's wings are spread wide and its breast bears a shield charged with the arms of Austria-Burgundy-Transylvania. The date appears to the left of the eagle flanked by the mint initial, and the abbreviated Latin titulature of Maria Theresa as Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy and Milan, Princess of Transylvania, and Countess of Tyrol is distributed around the periphery. A beaded border frames the entire design. |
