Obverse description Draped bust of Archbishop Hieronymus von Colloredo facing right, wearing ecclesiastical robes with clerical collar and pectoral cross, his hair dressed in the period style with curled locks. The effigy is rendered in high relief with fine portraiture detail characteristic of late 18th-century Austrian coinage. The circular Latin legend surrounds the bust close to the milled border, reading HIERON D G A & P S A S L N G PRIM M, abbreviating his full titles as Archbishop and Prince of Salzburg.

Reverse description The archiepiscopal coat of arms displayed on an ornate shield, surmounted by a cross and the traditional attributes of the archbishop's office. Behind the shield, a pontifical sword and crozier are arranged in saltire, and the ensemble is framed by a crowned princely mantle, reflecting Colloredo's dual status as spiritual and temporal ruler. The divided date 18 03 appears in the exergue below the shield.
