| Obverse description | Draped and armored bust of Prince Frederick August of Anhalt-Zerbst facing right, his hair dressed in the contemporary fashion and tied at the nape with a ribbon bow. The prince wears a cuirass decorated with ornamental detailing, visible at the truncation. The abbreviated Latin legend D · G · F · A · P · A · (Dei Gratia Fridericus Augustus Princeps Anhaltinus) is disposed around the periphery. The coin exhibits a finely milled edge border and displays characteristic high-relief portraiture consistent with mid-18th century German princely coinage. |
