Obverse description Double-headed imperial eagle displayed, with both heads facing outward and surmounted by a single imperial crown above the junction of the necks. The breast of the eagle bears an escutcheon charged with the arms of the city of Lübeck, depicting a divided field with vertical striping. The wings are spread broadly, and the talons are visible at the lower field. A finely dentilated border frames the entire design.

Reverse description Four-line denomination and date inscription in the central field, flanked on either side by a laurel branch, the two branches framing the text in a decorative arrangement. The mint master's initials appear above the main inscription. The composition reads: 1 / DREI / LING / [date], reflecting the fractional denomination in the Lübeck currency system. The overall layout is orderly and typical of mid-eighteenth-century north German civic coinage.
