Reverse description The crowned royal arms of Greece, comprising a quartered shield bearing the Greek cross, displayed within an ermine-lined royal mantle surmounted by an open crown. Two supporters flank the shield, and a ribboned scroll bearing the royal motto appears at the base of the achievement. The circumferential legend ΒΑΣΙΛΕΙΟΝ ΤΗΣ ΕΛΛΑΔΟΣ runs along the upper periphery, while the denomination 1 ΔΡΑΧΜΗ is inscribed in the lower field, flanked by decorative stars, all within a toothed border.
