| Obverse description | Bust of king Viradaman facing right, rendered in the debased Hellenistic style characteristic of late Western Satrap coinage. The effigy is encircled by a degraded and largely illegible Greek inscription, a vestigial convention inherited from earlier Satrap rulers. A date in the Saka Era is placed towards the back of the king's head, though it is frequently off-flan due to the small diameter of the coin. The portrait exhibits a diademed profile with stylised features typical of the period. |
