| Obverse description | Bust of the king facing right in profile, wearing an elaborate headdress adorned with a prominent cluster of globular beads or pearls, rendered in the schematic Indo-Scythian tradition. The effigy shows a beaded necklace at the truncation and stylized facial features characteristic of late Satavahana portraiture. A Brahmi legend encircles the bust, reading the royal titulature of Vasishthiputra Shiva Sri Pulumavi. Two small pellets appear in the lower field below the bust truncation. |

| Reverse description | Central field features the Ujjain symbol — a cross with four circles at the terminals — flanked by a chaitya arch (hill or Chaitya symbol) rendered in multiple arched tiers, accompanied by a river or wave symbol below, evoking the sacred Satavahana dynastic emblems. A solar or floral symbol appears to the upper left of the central device. The entire design is enclosed by a circular Brahmi legend filling the peripheral field, recording the royal name and titles. The overall composition follows established Satavahana reverse iconographic conventions combining Buddhist and dynastic symbolism. |
