No such note exists in official United States currency. The U.S. has not issued a polymer banknote, and there is no 1 Dollar vertical-format issue from 2020 or any other year. Andrey Avgust is a Belarusian designer known for concept banknote work, and this appears to be one of those — an unofficial design study, not a circulating or government-authorized instrument.

Catalog entries for concept pieces should clearly identify them as such. This is not a collectible banknote in any standard numismatic sense.
