Queensrÿche issued these promotional notes to accompany the 2006–2007 "Operation: Mindcrime II" tour, the sequel album cycle to their landmark 1988 concept record. They circulated as merchandise items and were occasionally handed out at shows rather than sold — which is why condition varies wildly between copies and many bear handling wear consistent with being carried in pockets for weeks.
Not legal tender in any jurisdiction, obviously, but catalogued here because novelty issues tied to specific tour dates have a genuine secondary market among the band's collector base.
