| Reverse description | Central effigy depicts the miraculous icon of Our Lady of the Gate of Dawn (Ostrabramska), the Blessed Virgin Mary as venerated in the Chapel of the Gate of Dawn in Vilnius, Lithuania. The image is presented in the traditional devotional style, showing the crowned Madonna in a richly ornamented golden robe and silver mantle, her hands folded in prayer, with a radiant aureole surrounding her head and figure. The icon is reproduced in colour, faithfully replicating the gilded and jewelled vestments of the celebrated original painting. The composition is set within a rectangular format consistent with the coin's overall shape. |

| Additional information |
The Gate of Dawn in Vilnius — Aušros Vartai to Lithuanians, Ostra Brama to Poles — is the only surviving gate of the original sixteenth-century city wall, and the chapel built above its arch has made it a pilgrimage destination for centuries across Catholic, Orthodox, and Uniate traditions. Liberia's prolific bullion and collector program has issued dozens of religiously themed silver rounds under dollar denominations, a practice that raises eyebrows among purists but has created a reliable secondary market for devotional silver.
