| Obverse description | The obverse features the national coat of arms of the Republic of Palau centrally positioned within the rectangular field, depicting a traditional shield supported by a figure holding a spear and a paddle, rendered in gold-plated relief. The arc legend REPUBLIC OF PALAU curves above the arms along the upper border, with the inscription RAINBOW'S END appearing on a scroll at the base of the shield.
