Obverse description Fan-shaped (trapezoidal) obverse depicting the fourth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley, shown in right-facing profile with a tiara and earring. The legend 'QUEEN ELIZABETH II' arcs above the portrait, with the date '2020' at the top of the field. Below and flanking the effigy, the inscriptions '1oz 9999 Ag', 'TUVALU', and '1 DOLLAR' are distributed across the lower portion of the coin. The initials 'IRB' appear beneath the truncation of the portrait. The design is struck on a polished trapezoidal planchet with a smooth, beveled edge.
