| Reverse description | Central design depicts a long-haired goat seated amid mounds of gold-coloured ancient Chinese coins and treasure, rendered in selective colour application against a proof-finished field. An ornately decorated rectangular offering table or altar piece occupies the lower central area, embellished with traditional Chinese fret and taotie motifs. The Perth Mint's 'P' mintmark appears to the right of the goat. A continuous border of classical Chinese key-fret (meander) pattern frames the entire design. The legend WEALTH arcs across the upper field, while 2015 YEAR OF THE GOAT curves along the lower border, accompanied by the Chinese character 羊 (goat) as part of the reverse inscription. |
