Obverse description Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II wearing a diamond diadem and drop earrings, rendered in the Ian Rank-Broadley portrait style. The truncated bust is shown in fine relief against a polished field with a warm gold-plated finish. The legend ELIZABETH II is inscribed along the left arc and COOK ISLANDS along the right arc, with the date 2007 positioned in the lower exergue. All lettering is in Latin script.
