| Additional information |
Tuvalu's licensing agreements with Japanese entertainment properties produced a series of legal-tender collector coins in the mid-2000s issued through the Perth Mint. Ultraseven, the 1967 Ultra Series tokusatsu character produced by Tsuburaya Productions, was among the properties cleared for this program. The coins carry genuine legal-tender status under Tuvaluan law, though the nation's actual circulating coinage is shared with Australia.
