| Obverse description | Right-facing diademed and draped effigy of Queen Elizabeth II after the portrait by Ian Rank-Broadley, set within a raised circular border at the centre of a quadrefoil-shaped flan. The circular legend reads 'ELIZABETH II · TOKELAU 2021 · ONE DOLLAR' above and '· 1OZ 999 SILVER ·' below, with the engraver's initials IRB visible beneath the truncation. The Tokelau flag appears in a small cartouche below the portrait.
