| Obverse description | The obverse features a color-applied circular vignette at the top depicting a stained-glass window with the Black Madonna of Kraków (Our Lady of Częstochowa), crowned and nimbed, holding the Christ Child, rendered in vibrant polychrome enamel. Below the vignette, an incuse relief panel depicts a scene of the Adoration of the Magi with multiple figures in medieval style.
