Additional information

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank's numismatic program has repeatedly issued collector pieces tied to ancient history with no particular regional connection — Rome being the obvious example. These are frankly tourist-oriented issues, produced by private minting contractors and sold at a premium over face value to collectors rather than circulated as currency.

Worth noting: silver-plated copper strikes of this type are notorious for uneven plating thickness at the rim, a byproduct of barrel-plating processes used at scale.
