| Reverse description | The reverse of this ichthys-shaped silver pendant coin features an elaborate openwork filigree frame of scrolling foliate and feather motifs in oxidised relief, surrounding a central marquise-shaped inset of glittering green mineral material with a vivid iridescent sparkle evoking natural vitality. The pierced decorative border fills the entire face of the flan, with the ornamental scrollwork deeply struck against a darkened background to enhance contrast. The upper lobe of the flan is pierced and framed with a stylised geometric clasp through which a green satin cord is threaded, allowing the piece to be suspended as a wearable medallion. No legends or inscriptions appear on the reverse. |
