Reverse description The reverse is divided horizontally into two distinct zones. The upper half, rendered in gold-plated relief against a dark field, depicts a fully rigged sailing vessel with multiple masts and furled sails navigating open waters, with a small tropical island with a palm tree visible to the right; the denomination $1 appears in bold relief to the left of the ship, and the legend TROPICAL FISH OF FIJI curves along the upper periphery. The lower half features a vivid full-color application depicting two Percula Clownfish (Amphiprion percula) swimming amid a coral reef environment rendered in naturalistic blues, oranges, and pinks, creating a striking contrast with the gold-plated upper section.
