The owl holds at its breast a genuine inset blue glass Nazar amulet (evil eye talisman), rendered as a concentric blue, white, and black circular bead. The engraver's initials appear in the lower left field. No legends or inscriptions appear on the reverse, the composition filling the full coin face to the raised rim. |
