| Obverse description | Right-facing effigy of Queen Elizabeth II, diademed and draped, as rendered by Ian Rank-Broadley, occupying the lower centre of the field against a dramatic background depicting the soaring Gothic ribbed vaulting of the interior of St. Vitus Cathedral in Prague. A bold geometric triangular motif in contrasting matte and polished finishes bisects the field diagonally, framing the portrait.
