| Obverse description | Fourth effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, depicting a diademed and draped bust with elaborately styled hair adorned with a tiara. The legend 'ELIZABETH II' arcs along the left field and 'COOK ISLANDS' along the right field, both in raised Latin lettering. The date '2007' appears in the lower exergue.
