Obverse description Right-facing draped bust of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara, as modelled by engraver Ian Rank-Broadley. The effigy is rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored field, with finely detailed hair and drapery at the shoulder. The legend ELIZABETH II arcs along the left periphery and COOK ISLANDS along the right, with the date 2007 positioned centrally below the portrait.
