| Reverse description | The reverse presents a finely detailed high-relief depiction of the iconic Czechoslovak JAWA 350/354 motorcycle fitted with a Velorex sidecar, shown in a three-quarter front view occupying the central field. Behind the motorcycle, a stylized speedometer arc dominates the upper right portion of the field, with graduated speed markings reading 10, 20, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, and 110. The JAWA winged logo and the circular Velorex emblem are engraved in the lower right field. The inscription JAWA 350/354 appears in the upper left legend, while SIDECAR VELOREX is rendered in large characters along the lower portion of the field.
