| Obverse description | The obverse features the fourth definitive effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley, depicted in right-facing profile wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara. The portrait is rendered in high relief against a brushed field, with the engraver's initials IRB visible below the truncation.
