Reverse description Central depiction of Fifinka, the beloved Czech animated cartoon witch created by Jaroslav Němeček, shown astride a broomstick in dynamic flight, wearing her characteristic star-adorned conical hat with a bow at the tip. A startled ghost figure with wide eyes and an open beak appears to her left, seemingly frightened by her swift passage. The character's name FIFINKA is inscribed in a flowing cursive script in the lower field. The copyright notice and licensing information appear along the lower border, with the silver fineness mark Ag 999 and the engraver's monogram to the right.

Additional information

Niue's coinage program is essentially a licensing operation — the island's actual GDP is negligible, and its mint output exists almost entirely for the collector market, underwritten by agreements with private minting houses. The "Fifinka" designation references a Czech and Slovak small denomination coin historically worth one-twentieth of a koruna, a unit long out of circulation but carrying nostalgic weight in Central European collecting circles. This piece was almost certainly produced under contract for that market specifically.
