| Obverse description | The fourth definitive effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as sculpted by Ian Rank-Broadley, occupies the centre of the obverse in right-facing portrait, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara. The engraver's initials 'IRB' appear below the truncation of the bust. The peripheral legend reads 'QUEEN ELIZABETH II' at the top, with '1 OZ 9999 SILVER' along the lower left and 'TUVALU 2014' along the lower right, all rendered in capital Latin letters against a highly polished field. |
