Obverse description Large draped bust of Liberty facing left in the style of the classic Peace Dollar, wearing a radiate crown with flowing hair, occupying most of the field. A small effigy of Queen Elizabeth II appears in the lower left field, accompanied by the inscription COOK ISLANDS below. The word LIBERTY arcs across the upper field, with the denomination ONE DOLLAR inscribed along the lower rim. The word COPY is incuse in the right field near Liberty's neck.

Reverse description Draped bust of Liberty facing left in the style of the classic Morgan Dollar, wearing a coronet inscribed LIBERTY and adorned with wheat, cotton, and oak leaves in her flowing hair. Thirteen six-pointed stars border the left and right fields. The arc legend E · PLURIBUS · UNUM runs along the upper rim, while the centennial inscription 100 years and the date range 1921-2021 appear in the lower field and along the lower rim respectively. The coin bears a reeded border with beaded inner rim.
