| Reverse description | The reverse presents a full-color portrait of Empress Anna Ioannovna, depicted in imperial regalia including an ermine-trimmed robe and jewelled crown, rendered after a period court portrait, occupying the left portion of the field. To the right, two colorized images of a historic Russian gold coin bearing her effigy are shown, one displaying the obverse with the crowned bust of Anna Ioannovna surrounded by a Cyrillic legend, the other showing the reverse with the double-headed imperial eagle.
