| Obverse description | The sixth and final effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, as modelled by Jody Clark, is depicted in right-facing profile, wearing the George IV State Diadem and pearl drop earrings, with a pearl necklace visible at the truncation. The portrait is rendered in fine detail with carefully engraved hair curls and regalia.
