Beneath the bird appears the Julius Caesar privy mark accompanied by the inscription JVLIVS in allusion to the month of July. The encircling legend at the top reads THE AUSTRALIAN KOOKABURRA, while the lower legend records the bullion specification 1 OZ. 999 SILVER and the dated privy mark JVLIVS CEASAR JULY • 2000 •.
