| Obverse description | The fourth portrait effigy of Queen Elizabeth II by Ian Rank-Broadley occupies the central field, depicting a right-facing draped bust of the Queen wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland tiara. The effigy is set against a deeply mirrored proof field with a radiating sunburst pattern of fine lines emanating outward behind the portrait, creating a striking decorative halo effect.
