Obverse description Green intaglio print over a multicolour guilloche underprint with red serial numbers. A front-facing portrait bust of Queen Elizabeth II wearing the Diamond Diadem is positioned at right, with the Coat of Arms of Belize at left. The note carries the issuing authority title and legal tender clause across the upper register.

Reverse description Printed in green and brown over a multicolour underprint, the reverse is dominated by an elaborate symmetrical guilloche pattern composed of interlocking rosettes and lathe-work medallions arranged across the full face of the note. A central horizontal cartouche in green carries the issuing authority inscription, flanked on either side by large oval guilloche vignettes with fine engine-turned detail.
