| Obverse description | At center, Morgan's heraldic eagle with wings displayed stands upon an olive branch and bundle of arrows, clutching them in its talons, with a scroll inscribed COPY beneath. A small laureate effigy of Queen Elizabeth II appears to the lower left of the eagle, bearing the engraver's initials IRB. The circumferential legend reads A TRIBUTE TO THE UNITED STATES 2019 with COOK ISLANDS to the right field and .999 SILVER above the eagle. The denomination ONE DOLLAR appears in the lower legend, and two stars flank the lower field. The coin is struck in proof finish with deeply mirrored fields. |
