Obverse description Central field features a polychrome colored representation of the Imperial Fabergé '15th Anniversary Egg' (1911), depicted in an open configuration and rendered with applied color enamel to simulate the egg's faceted panels, each containing miniature portrait medallions. The egg is shown upright, surrounded by an ornate raised border of laurel branches and a beaded inner frame, all set within the oval flan. The effigy of Queen Elizabeth II appears in association with the issuer legend, mint mark 'mw', engraver's initials 'IRB', and the inscriptions 'NIUE ISLAND', 'ELIZABETH II', '1 DOLLAR', '2015', and 'Ag 999' arranged around the design.
