Reverse description A deeply sculpted scene depicting third-class passengers aboard RMS Titanic, set within a period interior suggested by a latticed bulkhead in the background. To the left, a group of figures — including a woman cradling a child and an elderly woman — are seated together with a piece of luggage at their feet, conveying a sense of weary anticipation. To the right, a male passenger sits apart, while a despairing figure lies prostrate in the lower right field. A horizontal panel in the lower portion bears the legend RMS TITANIC in raised letters, with CENTENARY inscribed along the lower rim and a small enamelled Cook Islands flag as a decorative accent. The arc legend THIRD CLASS - 710 PASSENGERS runs along the upper periphery.
