A Hameln-based country and western club issuing dollar-denominated scrip is exactly as niche as it sounds. These club-issued fantasy notes — produced extensively in West Germany from the 1970s through the 1990s for hobbyist associations, fan clubs, and themed events — had no monetary value whatsoever and circulated purely as collectibles or internal club tokens. The dollar denomination is stylistic, not functional.

Provenance is almost entirely a matter of club records, which rarely survive.
