| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, depicted as a crowned heraldic badge encircled by a wreath, with crossed palm fronds below and the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE arching around the perimeter of the seal; a scroll beneath bears the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI.
