| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, depicting a traditional Niuean roundel decorated with chevron patterns and a stylised tree motif, flanked by two crossed traditional paddles below and surmounted by a royal crown. The seal is encircled by a wreath of oval leaves. The legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE arcs along the upper interior of the wreath, while the motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI appears on a ribbon scroll below the central device. The denomination ONE DOLLAR is inscribed along the upper rim, and the fineness Ag 999, the Mint of Poland mintmark (mw), and the date 2023 appear in the lower field. |
