Reverse description The Vytis, the historic Lithuanian state emblem depicting an armoured knight on horseback charging to the right, is rendered within a heraldic shield positioned in the left field. The inscription KOVO 11 is prominently displayed in bold lettering to the right of the shield, with the date 1990 below, commemorating the Act of the Restoration of Independence of Lithuania signed on 11 March 1990.
