| Obverse description | The obverse of this square silver proof coin displays the Public Seal of Niue as its central device: a circular medallion featuring a stylised flowering plant rendered in traditional Niuean decorative style, enclosed within a patterned border and surmounted by a royal crown. The seal is flanked on both sides by a wreath of elongated leaves and supported at the base by two crossed ceremonial weapons, beneath which a scroll cartouche bears the inscriptions 'ATUA' and 'NIUE TUKULAGI'.
