Reverse description The reverse features five successive official effigies of Queen Elizabeth II as used on Australian coinage, arranged in a decorative ornamental framework to commemorate the centenary of Her Majesty's birth. The central and most prominent portrait is the final effigy designed by Jody Clark (2019), elegantly framed within an ornate border. Surrounding it in the four cardinal positions are the earlier effigies: Ian Rank-Broadley (1998) at upper left, Raphael Maklouf (1985) at lower left, Arnold Machin (1966) at lower right, and Mary Gillick (1953) at upper right. The commemorative legend 'H.M. QUEEN ELIZABETH II 100th ANNIVERSARY' arcs around the upper field, with the Perth Mint mintmark 'P' and designer initials 'NM' also present in the field.
